Elijah Joshua Williams is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Quality Too Good Marketing Group, a results-driven sales and marketing firm built on leadership, performance, and long-term impact.
With more than 17 years of experience in direct sales and marketing leadership, Elijah began his professional journey at just 14 years old through The Columbus Dispatch Future Leaders Program, where he quickly distinguished himself by ranking #1 in performance and leadership. His early exposure to structured sales systems and competitive performance metrics laid the foundation for his disciplined, results-oriented leadership style.
By the age of 18, he returned to the organization as a supervisor, leading teams and developing high-performing sales systems rooted in accountability, strategy, and empowerment. Over the years, Elijah has worked with multiple direct sales organizations, refining his expertise in team building, leadership development, operational systems, and scalable growth strategies.
After identifying both the tremendous opportunities and structural gaps within the direct sales industry, Elijah founded Quality Too Good Marketing Group with a clear mission: to create an organization rooted in integrity, equity, ownership, and leadership development.
